Mobil-Eze Simplicity

	Mobil-Eze retrofitted this house in Sacramento, CA without making any physical changes to the walls, doors, or bathroom fixtures.
	Cost savings compared to bringing house up to wheelchair dimensional requirements were approximately one-half of conventional "tear-out" modifications of walls and doors.

The simple design of MOBIL-EZE requires little maintenance and avoids cutting doors or moving walls. The track system can be easily removed to return a house to its original state.
 
Tracks and trolleys are designed to allow for safe and easy transfer from room to room. All parts are engineered and manufactured to handle heavy weights under high use conditions for years of reliable service.
 
Because of its simplicity, it can be installed at far less expense than for major reconstruction required to make the same house wheelchair accessible.
